OUR PRACTICE
Welcome to Yoga with Danny! I’m Danny. I began my yoga practice five years ago, while training in a Meisner acting program. During my training, I was introduced to multiple movement techniques — Lloyd Williamson, Suzuki, Linklater, Viewpoints, and Laban. Learning about the ways our bodies move in space, and the physical tension we hold [often unawares] changed my life, as it encouraged me to explore yoga. As a yoga and movement teacher, I am dedicated to witnessing the transformations that occur when we get out of our heads, and into our physical bodies. Often, our socially conditioned minds get in the way of what our bodies and souls need. At Yoga with Danny, you are invited to express what you have been holding back — mentally, emotionally, and physically. This is a safe space. Our practice is a blend of styles — Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Iyengar, and Restorative — aiming to awaken and balance the body and mind. Alignment and hands-on-assists are two focuses during class. Yoga with Danny is a time to let it all go, and see what you find. Prioritize you, without judgement or guilt, and reconnect with your authentic self.

Perfect if you are looking for time to reconnect to your authentic self without the movement. Embark on a breathwork and meditation journey guided by Danny.

Group Movement
from $100
In this exercise, you and your group will be guided through a series of movement exercises geared toward coming into contact with one another, and creating space in the physical body. We will dance, run, jump, and express ourselves through motion, sound, and music.
